At DoggySmile, we work hard to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. 

### Processing Times
* **Standard Items:** Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
* **Personalized Items:** Custom-engraved items require an additional 2–4 business days for production and quality inspection before they are shipped.

### Shipping Times
We ship across the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
* **Estimated Delivery:** 7 to 15 business days.

*Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays.*

### Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your package's journey every step of the way.

### Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DoggySmile is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
