### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged during transit, defective (such as electronics not working), or if you received the wrong item, we will fix it immediately.

To report a damaged or defective item:
1. Contact us at the Contact us page within **7 days** of receiving your package.
2. Include your order number and clear photographic or video proof of the issue.
3. Once inspected and approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement item to you at absolutely no extra cost.
